Respected Prime Minister Mr.Modi,

Dear Sir, Please do this cashless transactions practice in people of India gradually because OF the valuable reasons LISTED  BELOW is my humble view.

1.

In India, all states this includes all villages must be brought in a self-sufficient status in Electricity/Internet facility.

For this please engage and use all Private Industrialists in India and from across the World to promote Solar Energy production consistently in all Tharisu  /declared useless lands in India.  After this bringing all electronic devices which all works on Electricity in all markets and in to all people use would be very good in result orientation.

2.  Your Government aim is very good. Please now to think on Daily wage receiving people. They may be having jan dhan account but with out Cash Balance in that account their hands are   locked from using Rupay or credit/debit card or Mobile payment transactions.

3.

Above to this people need to train to use all electronic transactions methods, which our government brings in to practice.

Sorry to say this, you and I are from scrap to the present level. Yes, we are from poor .so we kno"THE PAIN OF SURVIVAL AND ONE TIME MEAL”, INDUSTRIES/COMPANIES/GOVERNMENTOFFICES ENGAGE WE PEOPLE ON DUTY ON DEBT AND NOT ON ADVANCED PAYMENT.

(WE PEOPLE ARE RICH IN QUALITY AND KIND SO WORKING FOR

KEEPING ALL RICH AND GOVERNMENT ON DEBT, THIS IS AT LEAST FOR A WEEK OR 30 DAYS. SO WE KEEP EMPLOYER IN POOR STATUS IS THE TRUTH). 

And we get food materials to vegetables on monthly account/credit and making Monthly payments after salary/income received.  So here Electronic methods will face lullin Daily activity of a person, and will come in to normal activity after a decade is a possibility.

For this people /Each Family must beemployed or Government to provide employment/self employment from GovernmentFinance is a need.   for this  arrive a Plan is a must is my belief.

We people bound to death. But even to that ritual on Death for cremation we are forced to pay BRIBE is in practice.   (May please arrange to issue an order to FREE CREAMATION in India at Burial grounds. Not to derive money even on dead body) Even educated Officers (right from and M.L.C./M.L.A. maintaining their people and collect “BRIBE” is in practice.

So Right from Birth Certificate to Death certificate and to all work with in Government Norms submitted will get done only when we paid bribe is the situation.  Soto Eradicate this bribe  /corruptions from the mindset of people to Politician’s and officers is a major Task to be attended is my Humble view. 

Painful message from our honorable Parliament I would like to recall from our memories, which is when Mr.Somnath Chatterjee was the Speaker of the Parliament in Lok sabha, he stated M.P.’s Act as "Rowdies Act” in thee Center hall of our  Parliament is in History!!. Why he said so?

We Indian people might have selected illiterate with rowdies act built in person unknowingly.

Again one more question,, why   such person  enter /select politics as their profession? 

Because, BRIBE attracts those persons and this is still continuing, this is the reason we have Black Money Holder’s in India, which cannot be denied by any one in us.

“BRIBE” offers them a pleasure life and treasure with out strain to their Physical body and mentally.

To Put an end to this  “BRIBE”, Now, mygov.in by you (Mr.Narendra Modi) is looking forward to make Digital India, so Electronic and Cashless Transactions.  This is to be Rigid in formulations’ Planning, Organizing and Executions.

Net result of this we should be in a status to leave the Nation Clean in all aspects in particular BRIBEFREE INDIA.”

For this as a first step may I Humbly request you to arrange to order to merge the details off   Voter I D Card’s, driving License, Pan Card, Bank account Registered Documents as assets (this includes Car to plane and Ship, Industries (small, tiny, Big) ownership of a Indian automatically in  Digital records, and

Than with all these details  please issue a Citizenship Card to all Indian Citizen.

why this question to be answered now at parliament session to Mr.Modi Team by Ex Prime Minister of India Mr.Man Mohan Singh!!!!!!???.

Mr.Man Mohan Singh and his Team of M.P.'s in Congress can not reply to the above question. for this inability  Mr.Modi Government in Parliament not going to dis qualify them from participating the current session of Parliament ! and B J P not going to confirm/declare that Congress M.P.'s were inefficient over 7 decades ,and in Particular that Mr.Man Mohan Singh administered Government of India for 10 years as P.M.,and before to that 5 years as Finance Minister of India and before to that Mr.Man MohanSingh  as Governor Reserve Bank Of India - so- a very big influence on Finance knowledge failed to perform!. 

But Mr.Man Mohan Singh not did any action to curb Black Money.  This may be because of Life Danger threat -( if attempted that exercise).

Now with all mis lead in administration and failures today Mr.Man Mohan Singh proudly attending The Parliament with Poor and inefficient Congress M.P.'s Team is a fun in administration is my humble view/opinion. 

Now Indians this includes congress party people to support this Move By Mr.Narendra Damodardas  Modi as Prime Minister of India and is a need of this time to promote India towards clean India

 the only way to Eradicate Black Money from India -stop using ATM's -I personally strongly recommend to people of India including Mr.Modi and Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley to withdraw Money using cheque!!!!

Today you serve to the Nation India. With all morals anddisciplines in your acts. You are strong enough in doing any action this isbecause of Hard Training. yes, This best training you would have obtained fromR S S and V H P.

Also to Note it is a mandatory for a leader in RSS and V H Pthat person may be a woman or man not to have family bindings and Home. on thatpromise a person is permitted to process all development works of  India as per directions from RSS Headquarters is a known matter to me and to all in India. People in RSS are warriors for Hinduism at all times with out any doubt. like that Mr.NarendraDamodardass Modi is also working for the development of India with courage withinbuilt strict rules governing formulated by R S S is the Truth. so That TodayMr.Narendra Modi is working for the Clean India with developments. He wants tokeep India ahead as an example to all Nations in the World is my belief. 

But in this Rupees 5oo,1000 currencies ban he must have done with the appropriate works required to be fulfilled by Finance Ministry which  is missing exactly. is my view.

Mr.Modi as Prime Minister and Mr.Arun Jaitley as financeMinister  must have stopped  all A T M's in India from Functioning with immediate effect as soon Government ofIndia got an alert about PIN Numbers of Debit and Credit  cards were Looted. Saying this valid reasonGovernment of India must have stopped the functioning of All A T M's in India.

 at that time in all A T M's must have been corrected with sensors to response and function to the Newly Printed Currencies in 500,1000,2000 and etc denominations. Here Government of India failed while doing a major task for the welfare of India is my belief and strong Recommendations.

3.Now a Days Mr.Modi failed to collect ideas or suggestionsfrom People like me and not rewarding or awarding for the best ideas is also aPoint to be taken in to account. I have floated many ideas in PMO, and Mr.Modisites also in twitter but not attracted any importance is also a painful truthfrom my end. off course I have expected a reward or award from mygov.in and myP.M. not happened. al right.

This Finance act if done for many time than Indian Currencyand Governance of India will come under doubt in the world Economy is also to betaken in to consideration is my recommendation.

in 15 or 20 days time in All A.T.M.'s Mr.Modi Governmentcould have arranged to fill currencies in all denominations with stock ofcurrencies availability for floating fund. not did is a mistake is my view.

now in all Banks Currency counting machines and in allA.T.M.'s sensors to accept or release is to be replaced at the most Possibleshort time is a must ,other wise once again fake Notes possibility will comeusing this gap as opportunity is to be considered by Finance Ministry-Government of India is my recommendation.

Now Mr.Modi and Mr.Arun Jaitley has think about designing and releasing of Rupee 200 and also is a must in need is my recommendation. this can be a portion of Rupees 2000 going to be printed. yes by blocking Rupees 2000 for a short/small  Numbers from plan and may enroot to do this Rupee 200 is a must in need is my recommendation.

Why I suggest this plan?

8.Today Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley said People mustcome forward to use their Credit and DEBIT CARDS in all their transaction as ahabit. in my view this is wrong. while safety and security of Pin Numbers arenot guaranteed than how people can be asked to use Credit and Debit cards? thiswill become a big problem in future. so strengthening the security measuresgoverning PIN Numbers of Credit cards and Debit Cards were to be designedproperly and immediately to be the look out of our FINANCE MINISTRY IS MYSTRONG RECOMMENDATION.

9. NOW AS A CITIZEN OF INDIA UNDER MYGOV.IN WISH TO SHARE MYFEELINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO MY PEOPLE OF India is Not to use A T M of anyBank and stop using Credit Cards and Debit cards until its security isconfirmed by Government.

Also I personally strongly recommend to people of Indiaincluding Mr.Modi and Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley to withdraw Money usingcheque . so while you surrender a cheque of your account in your Banking branchwhere you have the right to demand to serve the money/value of that cheque inthe denomination you wish to withdraw. Here people of India including Mr.Modi-Prime Minister of India and Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley will not haveproblem of exchanging or depositing our funds from  hard earned income tax paid Salary kept inhome. Government whether circulates Rupees 500,1000,2000  or any will not trouble we people in anycircumstances for the right way of Living. why because these Denominations likeRupees 500,1000,2000,etc will have impact and attraction only with the Blackmoney Holding people in India.

For example, in Very Big vegetable Markets Money floats aremostly un accounted, in few days sale of crackers from few stalls few businesspeople earn and generate Huge Black Money in educational Institutions foradmissions bribe is a black money ,for paying these type of bribes people inoffices collect bribe is also black money, All farmers were not paying exacttax for their revenue earned from their agriculture production is also black money,Jewel sellers generate huge black money, Tollgates generates black money, Courtfor Justice collecting funds in wrong directions etc are all to be banned inIndia . This could be possible only we all Indians ready to work or cope upwith Government of India .

This will need planning. Planning is their with Mr.Narendra Modi's mygov.in .No Doubt. but till Government stream line its Governing rules for Organizing the planning and than Right Execution .people in India not to use A.T.M.'s and Credit Cards and Debit Cards and please use only cheque leaves for encashing your Money from your bank is my strong Recommendation.

Government and Finance Institutions may say that 89%ofRupees 500,1000 were used by people or in transactions.so this the hard steptaken by government of INDIA. BUT at the same time Government of India orfinance Ministry and People with strong finance knowledge can not say what arethe Numbers printed in currencies are not at all in use in the last 90 or 120Days.

So I strongly Recommend to Mr.Modi and to mygov.in andFinance Minister MR.ARUN JAITLEY TO DESIGN PLANNING TO INCORPORATE THE NUMBERSPRINTED IN CURRENCY NOTES ,AT LEAST CURRENCY WITH HUGE VALUE IN SINGLE NUMBEROR /ONE NOTE TO BE made available in transactions in Banks exclusively. so fromthis Government can easily find out what are all the Numbers were not in use?with in a period of 60 days or 90 days or 120 days ,this is to be decided byReserve bank and Parliament. 

This the only way to Eradicate Black Money from India completely is my Strong RECOMMENDATIONS.
